2 cups of flour 1 cup of salt 2 cups of water 2 tablespoons of oil 4 teaspoons of cream of tartar Put all the ingredients together in the pan with colouring of your choice. Cook over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constntly until the mixture, stirring constantly until the mixture becomes stiff. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container. * This should keep for months if kept in the fridge. It makes a pliable dough similar to commercial dough.
